ZALSINES is located in a vast area with logistical aptitude and soil availability, being developed in a flexible and phased manner. It is dedicated to the installation of industrial and service companies, served by a high-capacity road-rail system and integrated in one of the main multimodal axes of the Trans-European Transport Network.
ZALSINES comprises two areas: one located in the intra-port area managed by APS (Polo A) and the other in the extra-port area, under the responsibility of aicep Global Parques (Polo B).
Pole A has a total area of 30 ha, of which 12.3 ha, are infrastructured and have a direct road connection to the main national roads, and are also served by an electrified rail connection. It also has a logistical support building with offices for companies that need greater proximity to the port.
Pole B, adjacent to the Port of Sines, occupies a total area of 270 ha integrated in ZILS - Zona Industrial e Logística de Sines.
