CPSI admits two types of Members: Effective and Fees.
Effective Members may be companies, associations and other public or private entities whose activity is linked to the Port of Sines and who wish to contribute to the statutory objectives of CPSI.
The status of Effective Member is obtained upon a written request from the candidate addressed to the President of the Directorate of CPSI, which will be subject to the approval of the Directorate and its ratification by the General Assembly. In case of refusal by the Board, the candidate may, within ten days from the date of notification, appeal to the General Assembly.
All companies, associations, entities or individuals to whom the General Assembly attributes this status acquire the status of Honorary Member, without the right to vote, in recognition of the services provided in favor of the Port of Sines.
